A structured website was developed for Melbourne Neuropsychology Services to support the delivery of clinical information and streamline the patient referral process. The platform provided a clear and accessible interface for healthcare professionals and patients, enabling key information about services, assessments, and practice details to be easily located.
Content was organised into concise, readable sections, allowing complex clinical information to be presented in manageable segments. Navigation and layout decisions prioritised clarity and speed of access, supporting time-constrained users such as referring practitioners who required direct paths to relevant information.
The referral process formed a central component of the system, guiding users through a simple three-step workflow supported by downloadable documentation. Instead of implementing a fully digital submission system, the solution leveraged a structured PDF referral form, balancing ease of use with the need to maintain patient confidentiality within existing operational constraints.
The work reflects a systems-led approach to clinical communication, where structure, clarity, and defined workflows support efficient information access and reliable referral processes.
