A structured website was developed for Oban Consulting to support the presentation of services and introduce the Oban Quality system, a consumer reporting platform designed to manage feedback and organisational performance. The site provided a clear entry point for clients to understand both consulting services and the associated reporting system.
Content was organised to separate core service information from the Oban Quality system, establishing a clear relationship between the consultancy offering and its underlying tools. Navigation and page structure were designed to support straightforward access to organisational services, system information, and contact pathways.
A controlled client access layer was implemented through a secure portal, allowing authorised users to log in and access system content. The public-facing site acted as both an introduction and gateway, directing users toward either enquiry or authenticated system access depending on their role. This included integration of structured forms for client contact and content submission.
The work reflects an early systems-led approach to service, product, and access integration, where public content, structured data capture, and restricted system access are combined within a single, coherent framework.
